Print Prep Roll Form Letter

Once active districts have been successfully validated, the Prep Roll Form Letter for the entire district can be printed in mass from the Prep Roll Districts tab. The form letter is based on the interest calculation specified for the district and generated when the district is validated.

Note: Before printing the form letter, be sure that setup for the SA Prep Roll Form Letter has been done. See Mail Merge Setup for additional information.

  1. Click the Print Prep Roll Form Letter icon on the Prep Roll Districts List page.
  2. Select the check box next to the district you would like to print installment schedules for.
  3. Click Submit.
  4. Posting results will appear at the bottom of the grid notifying you of the result. If successful, the form letter will be sent to myReports.
